This time, I developed a TODO application "ToDoMine: MenuBar ToDo List" that runs on a Mac computer.
By using this app, it becomes possible to manage the to-do list in MenuBar format.
The point of ToDoMine is that makes todo list as menu item list.
The app itself resides in MenuBar, so you can quickly access the to-do list.
And how to use it is very easy!
"I want to manage the to-do list, but I do not want something else that is smart"
"If possible, a simple TODO app is good"
"It would be ideal if I could easily manage my to-do list"
I think I made the application that can meet such needs.
In this article, I will explain the outline of this MacOS application "ToDoMine: MenuBar ToDo List" and how to use it.
I hope that you will be interested in as many people as possible.
What is "ToDoMine: MenuBar ToDo List"?
"ToDoMine: MenuBar ToDo List" is a TODO management application for MacOS that I (Shingo Suzuki) am developing.
By the way, how to read ToDoMine is "To Do Mine".
The programming language used is Swift.
The main concept is to manage the to-do list easily and easily.
Anyway, I was conscious of making it simple, and I wanted to make something easy to use.
The biggest feature is that you can access the to-do list from MenuBar.
In this app, each TODO is registered as MenuItem.
Therefore, you can check the todo with space saving.
How to use "ToDoMine: MenuBar ToDo List"
Then, I will explain how to use "ToDoMine: MenuBar ToDo List".
First of all, it is about the registration method of TODO.
When you launch the app, an icon will be displayed on the MenuBar.
Click the icon and select "Show".
Then, the following screen is displayed.
Here you can register TODO and groups.
Group is, as the name suggests, a group name.
In this app, you can register TODO in groups.
As a test, let's add the group "In Progress".
Enter "In Progress" in the "Text" text field.
Then click the "Add Group" button below it.
Then, the group "In Progress" will be registered and added to the "Group" combo box and the MenuBar item.
Let's add TODO to this "In Progress" group.
Click on the "Group" combo box and select the group "In Progress" you just added.
In this state, enter the name of the TODO you want to add in the "Text" text field.
Here, we will consider it as an "Application for ToDoMine" as an example.
After entering TODO, press the Enter key or click the "Add To Do" button.
Then, registration of TODO will be performed.
The registered TODO is in the item after the group name, which is displayed when the app icon is clicked.
In the example above, "In Progress" → "Application for ToDoMine" will be.
※On this image, target TODO was added already.
If a TODO is complete and you want to delete that TODO, just click on the TODO item.
This is the end of the basic usage explanation.
Hey, isn't it easy?
In this article, I explained the outline of the TODO management application for MacOS "ToDoMine: MenuBar ToDo List" and how to use it.
You know that you can actually use it, but it is made really simple.
The basic function is to create and delete TODO.
Currently, I am working on an application for MacAppStore.
By the way, the price is planned 480 yen ($3.99).
Hopefully, I can release it in the near future.
I will link to this article once the app is released.
